⏳ Làm sao để tính Deadline Thông minh

Có nhiều người hay hỏi mình:
“Viết code có dễ không?”
“Sao mà ra tiện ích nhanh thế??”



Thực ra, chuyện này không phải mới bắt đầu từ gần đây. Gần 20 trước, khi mạng xã hội chưa bùng nổ, khi mọi người còn tụ họp trên các diễn đàn như blog360, muare, truongton, VNsharing… mình đã ngồi cặm cụi mày mò code, gắn vào chữ ký cho tim bắn chíu chíu, hoặc làm mấy cái widget đếm ngày tháng năm chỉ để cho vui.

Khi làm ở Bộ Tư pháp, mình cũng được cùng lãnh đạo tiếp công dân, cũng như trực tiếp tiếp công dân khi là Thẩm tra viên – dân cũng “khoái” mình lắm vì mình soạn biên bản cực nhanh, gọn, chính xác. Trước khi rời khối cơ quan nhà nước, mình cơ bản đã đủ tiêu chuẩn để được đề xuất Bằng khen của Thủ tướng Chính phủ.

Mình vốn hay được đánh giá là làm việc hiệu quả, năng suất. Không phải vì mình “siêu nhân” gì đâu, mà vì mình hay tự đọc, tự học, tự tìm ra những “life hacks” để làm mọi thứ nhanh hơn, thuận tiện hơn.

Những tiện ích mà mình chia sẻ hôm nay không phải mới viết bây giờ – chỉ là trước đây mình dùng một mình, còn bây giờ mình mang chúng ra chia sẻ với mọi người. Nói vui là: trước đây mình dùng mảnh, giờ thì “mang tiện ích đến cho mọi nhà”.

Mỗi tiện ích đều xuất phát từ một nhu cầu rất thật trong cuộc sống của mình:

  • Tiện ích tính thuế – để làm hợp đồng khoán, khấu trừ thuế tại nguồn cho gọn.

  • Tiện ích đổi số thành chữ – để soạn hợp đồng cho chuẩn chỉnh.

  • Tiện ích phân bổ % tiền – để chia tiền các hợp đồng giao hàng cho minh bạch.

  • Tiện ích kiểm tra chuẩn phát triển của con – để theo dõi chính con mình cần điều chỉnh gì về dinh dưỡng, vận động.

  • Tiện ích tính con đã được ... ngày ... tháng ... năm – để thuận tiện cho việc thi hành án cấp dưỡng.

  • Tiện ích đếm số ngày yêu nhau – để… đòi quà chồng (hoặc để chồng tự giác tặng quà chứ ai rảnh mà nhớ =))) hoặc để động viên các cặp đôi muốn tư vấn thủ tục ly hôn.

  • Tiện ích tính deadline thông minh – để lập kế hoạch và quản lý thời gian hiệu quả.

  • Phần mềm quản lý tài chính và giảm cân – dành cho chính mình, giúp giảm hơn 8kg trong 3 tháng và hình thành thói quen tốt.

  • Tiện ích tính ngày làm việc – để phục vụ những dự án dài hạn, hợp đồng M&A… và để bố của mình – luật sư nổi tiếng, ông thẩm phán Tòa Tuyên án – có thể dùng cho công việc mà không cần FOMO với việc “học công nghệ mới” nữa.

  • Tiện ích lập lịch tưởng nhớ ngày mất – mình viết riêng cho mẹ chồng, một người phụ nữ chu đáo, tỉ mẩn và cẩn thận, luôn tưởng nhớ đến chồng, con và những người thân đã khuất.
